3. AGM & Annual Dinner 會員大會暨週年聯歡聚餐

Date: November 25, 2012 (Sunday)
Time: 6:30pm – 10:30pm
Venue: To be confirmed. We will announce full details in September.

Please block your calendar to make sure you don’t miss the events. Your participation and support is the most important thing to us.

We are considering other social activities that members are interested. We are also looking for members who are willing to help in organizing the activities. Please voice out your suggestions and contact me at your convenience.

Besides the functions and activities mentioned above, HKBUAAO will participate in two Joint Universities sports tournaments in 2012.

1. The 2012 JointU Bowling Tournament

HKBUAAO is one of the founding members of the Hong Kong Joint Universities Alumni Association of Ontario. This year the Organizing Committee is chaired by Chu Hai University Alumni Association. The 10 pin bowling is the sport for 2012 Joint Universities annual tournament event. The date for the tournament is May 6, 2012 (Sunday). We need to form our team as quickly as we can. If you are a bowler please come forward. We need both male and female players. If you know someone who plays bowling well, please encourage them to contact our program team:

2. The 2012 Hong Kong Cup - Table Tennis Tournament

The tournament is sponsored by HKETO (香港經貿處) and is the second sport tournament for Joint Universities in 2012. It will be held on October 7, 2012 (Sunday). If you are a table tennis player and want to represent our Association, please contact our program team below listed:
