HONG KONG BAPTIST UNIVERSITY
ALUMNI ASSOCIATION OF ONTARIO CONSTITUTION

Article I - NAME

The Society shall be known as the "Hong Kong Baptist University Alumni Association of Ontario" hereinafter referred as the HKBUAAO.

Article II - OBJECTIVES

HKBUAAO is a Not-For-Profit association whose purposes are:

1. to liaise all alumni of Hong Kong Baptist University reside in Ontario and to strengthen the communication network among alumni,

2. to practice Christian love, and to affirm the quality of traditional Chinese philosophy and Christian principles so that caring and mutual support will be prevail among alumni,

3. to organize and encourage the alumni to contribute to the Canadian multi-cultural society and establish as responsible citizens,

4. to encourage all Ontario alumni and to cooperate with other alumni associations to support the education interests of Hong Kong Baptist University, and, such other complementary purposes not inconsistent with these objects.

Article III - LOCALITY

The operations of the HKBUAAO are to be carried on throughout the Province of Ontario.

Article IV - DISSOLUTION

Upon dissolution, all the assets of the HKBUAAO after payment of all just debts shall be given to other HKBU alumni associations or charitable organizations as determined by the Board of Directors.
